On December 9, 2024, Michael Beland, Chief Accounting Officer of Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (the "Company"), informed the Company of his intent to resign from his position, effective January 3, 2025, to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Beland's resignation is not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company's financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments. Michael Diamond, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company's interim principal accounting officer starting upon Mr. Beland's departure through the conclusion of the search process for a successor to Mr. Beland.
