Seattle Parks and Recreation's budget assumes the collection of fees to support recreation programs, park maintenance, and staffing. We recognize that these fee increases may be burdensome for many park users and families and therefore Seattle Parks and Recreation has established a scholarship program and offers many free and low cost ways to enjoy our park and recreation system.
