Winter Holiday Schedule
Happy Holidays from the City of Royal Oak!
As we celebrate the winter holiday season, please note our holiday schedule for city services and office closures. Stay informed and plan ahead to ensure a joyful and stress-free holiday season.
- ♻️ Recycling/Trash Collection: ONE DAY DELAY for Wednesday through Friday curbside collection days for both the Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year's Day (Jan.1) holidays.
- Downtown Parking: On-street and surface lot parking is FREE on Tuesday & Wednesday, Dec. 24-25 and Tuesday & Wednesday, Dec. 31-Jan. 1; Structures are free on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year's Day (Jan. 1) ONLY.
- City Facilities: CLOSED Tuesday & Wednesday, Dec. 24-25 and Tuesday & Wednesday, Dec. 31-Jan. 1
