Rep. Good and Sen. Lee Introduce Resolution Recognizing National Pregnancy Center Week

WASHINGTON, D.C. -Congressman Bob Good (R-Va.) introduced H.Res. 1509, a resolution designating the week of November 11 as "National Pregnancy Center Week." Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) introduced the companion resolution in the Senate.

"Pregnancy centers provide mothers a safe place to turn to as they look for help, hope, and healing during challenging times," said Good. "These centers and the individuals who work and volunteer at them deserve to be supported and recognized for the vital role they play in helping mothers and their families. I'm proud to stand with leaders like Senator Mike Lee who are working to protect innocent life."

"Pregnancy help organizations across the nation serve as a beacon of hope, offering compassionate care and life-affirming services at no cost to women and families. Through the dedication of these centers, countless lives are changed for the better, providing practical support and emotional encouragement to those in need. We are deeply grateful to Congressman Good and Senator Lee for introducing a Resolution to recognize National Pregnancy Center Week. By empowering women to choose life and helping families thrive, pregnancy help organizations create stronger, healthier communities-one life, one family at a time," said Jor-El Godsey, President of Heartbeat International.
