Iron Man Triathlon Road Closure

The Jones Beach 2024 Ironman Triathlon will be taking place on September 28th, 2024.

This event includes a bicycle segment that will take place on the Wantagh and Bay Parkways. The public can expect the following closures from 5:00 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m.

The entire Wantagh State Parkway between the Northern State Parkway and the Ocean Parkway.

The Bay Parkway Eastbound and Westbound between the Meadowbrook State Parkway and the Wantagh State Parkway.

The Green Island Fishing Pier and Jones Beach Field 10 Fishing Pier are closed beginning tonight until 3:00 PM tomorrow.
